Last week I didn’t have a blog post ready for posting on Wednesday. I scrambled after work that day to write up a small post and get photos. I just wasn’t feeling it and I’m repeating it again this week (sort of) even though I am trying to find something to write about on a Sunday, I’m not feeling it.
Now feeling it doesn’t mean I can’t produce something and shouldn’t rely on feelings to get something done, but I don’t have anything to say on plants right now.
I LOVE my plants. I check on them almost every day and I still get excited and so happy when a new leaf appears or a cactus blooms, but I feel like I’ve said what I could at this time – doesn’t mean I won’t later, but I might start expanding into my new hobby crochet. Not sure I’ll have anything insightful to say but it’ll be a new experience for me. I even snuck in a photo on Instagram and it felt nice to see both of my interests on Birdie Wolf.
But back to the plant discussion for a moment longer, I will still show plants and talk about but it might be geared towards events or seeing plant societies instead of my personal experience with a houseplant every week.
And my plants will definitely be shown in my other hobby posts for sure. I want to keep this blog going but in order to do that I need to either dive head first into plants or include other interests of mine. I choose the latter.
It’s funny writing this for a May post because back in December I gave myself until May to decide if I’d change things up for Birdie Wolf blog.
I am.
