After I received my first succulents from my mom, I found the Reddit Succulents subreddit, and I loved looking at photos of everyone’s plants and eventually came across the bear paws.

Oh my word.

So adorable!

I loved the pink tips and how fuzzy and soft it looked and it’s been on my list forever. I could have ordered one whenever I wanted, but I heard they’re finicky with shipping or even moving so I wasn’t in a rush since I knew I’d be moving a couple of times because of apartments.

Well….

Then I went to a local flea market with my sister and mom and I found one there! First in person besides viewing one at the Frederick Meijer Gardens, and I told my fam if it’s still there when we come back this way I’ll get it.

It was there and I bought one.

I’m so excited for it. I absolutely love it. I touch it here and there lightly and it’s UGH, adorable. Love it! Ahaha.

I immediately repotted it once I got home and watered it thoroughly even though I was nervous about its water needs….

It’s been a couple weeks now that I’ve owned it and it seems to be doing well. No leaves have falling off – actually the opposite! I have new leaves popping out all over the place. I’m hoping the paws begin to sunstress and I can get some awesome photos of it.

I’m crossing my fingers the little bear paws does okay in the move across states….trying not to think about it honestly.
